The demolition at the soon-to-be District Condos site is nearing completion, which means that the actual construction phase should be commencing shortly.

Bring it on. The laundromat had become a shabby eyesore over the last 10 years, and had sheltered dealers' lookouts at times previously. Eager to have all that (and the empty lot etc) replaced with a new building, new neighbors, new retail and increased street life.
