But I do know that he is generally hostile to businesses opening up in his neighbhorhood that don't fit within what he personally wants, and makes it hell for them. When people are opening businesses in a formerly blighted (now only slightly blighted) corridor in an abandoned building with their own money (not ours), the last thing I wanna do is make it as hard as possible on them.
